June 20, Minsk / Corr. BELTA /. Costa Rica's health ministry has announced that the country's economic recovery plan is on hold amid a second wave of the novel coronavirus epidemic, Xinhua reported on June 20.

In early June, the department announced the second wave of COVID-19 in the country, over the last day 119 new cases of infection were recorded here, and the total number of cases of infection reached 2058.
