Construction of the South-East Expressway is completed by a third

MOSCOW, November 5. / TASS /. The construction readiness of the Southeast Expressway (SEVH) is 34%, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin told reporters on Thursday after examining the progress of construction work on a section of the highway from Ryazansky Prospekt to the Third Transport Ring (TTK).
"Despite the pandemic, we continue active road construction. The North-East Expressway is two-thirds ready. The South-East Expressway is the" youngest "one, its construction is completed by a third," Sobyanin said.
According to the materials of the mayor's press service, the readiness of the section from Ryazansky Prospekt to the Third Transport Ring is 82%. Construction is planned to be completed in the first half of 2021, but traffic on the site will be launched after the ramps to Ryazansky Prospekt open, which are being built as part of the head section of the SEA from Entuziastov Highway to Ryazansky Prospekt.
The South-East Expressway with the length of the main line of 28 kilometers will run from the intersection of the North-East Expressway with Entuziastov Highway to the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road with Polyany Street. The road will be connected with other expressways, which will create another automobile ring in Moscow. In total, taking into account the ramps and reconstructions of the adjacent street and road network, over 100 kilometers of roads, 59 artificial structures, the length of which is 24 kilometers, and 13 pedestrian crossings will be built.
