The first performance she will sound will be the production of "Candle" for children with visual impairments, according to the official account of the Ministry of Culture of Tuva on the VKontakte social network on Thursday.

She was trained in Moscow as part of the grant of the President of Russia for the development of civil society. For the cultural industry of Tuva, the appearance of such a specialist is a significant step forward in involving blind people in the cultural life of the region. ", - the message says.
The first performance, which will be dubbed by Victoria Mongush, is intended for children with visual impairments at the age of six - it will be the performance of the Tuvan puppet theater "Candle" based on the work of the same name by Konstantin Simonov, telling one of the tragic stories of the Great Patriotic War.
This is the story of a resident of Belgrade, an elderly widow of a bridge guard, who witnessed the death of a young Soviet soldier during the liberation of the city. She goes to the deceased, despite the continuous shelling, to bury him. "An elderly Yugoslav woman in this production is a symbol of all mothers who lost their sons in the war. She buries a completely stranger, a soldier unknown to her, and pays farewell honors to him as to her own son, lighting the last treasure of a lonely widow on the grave - a wedding candle that she kept for 45 years after his wedding ", - the words of the production director Svetlana Ondar are quoted in the message. The play "Candle" was staged with the support of the "Theaters for Children" project, part of the "Culture" national project. Due to the coronavirus epidemic, the performance dubbed by the tiflo commentator will be released only in recording.
The national project "Culture" consists of three subsections: "Cultural environment", "Creative people" and "Digital culture". In total for its implementation from the budget in 2019-2024. it is planned to allocate 113.5 billion rubles.
Typhlo commentary - a laconic description of an object, space or action that is incomprehensible to a blind or visually impaired person without special verbal explanations, was first introduced in the country by Irina Bezrukova seven years ago at the Moscow Provincial Theater. With the support of a presidential grant at the Institute for Advanced Training of Specialists of the Society of the Blind "Reacomp", the profession of a tiflo commentator can be obtained by representatives of regions where there are no such specialists.
