In Crimea, 673 medical workers were nominated for state awards for their great contribution to the fight against coronavirus infection.

“Of the more than 1.5 thousand documents submitted for consideration, 673 medical workers from 34 health care institutions in Crimea were nominated for awards. At the same time, for the first time, the Order for Fidelity to Duty is awarded posthumously: to doctors who died in the line of their professional duty, ”the parliament said.
The head of the State Council Health Committee, Anna Rubel, specified that the award was made for the deputy chief physician for the medical department of the Nizhnegorsk regional hospital, Victoria Andreichenko, and the head of the intensive care unit and intensive care, anesthesiologist of the Yalta branch of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency, Sergei Solntsev.
