He further thanked the President for resolving conflicts in Syria, South Ossetia, Crimea and Sevastopol. “We have repeatedly witnessed how the efforts taken by the President of Russia made it possible to settle the protracted, bloody processes. On November 10, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia adopted a trilateral agreement on Nagorno-Karabakh. According to the agreements, the parties to the conflict must exchange prisoners of war and the bodies of those killed, all transport hubs in the region will be unblocked. Kelbajar, Aghdam, Lachin districts are returned to Azerbaijan until December 1. Azerbaijan will also retain its positions captured during active hostilities, including the city of Shushi. Armenia reserves the Lachin corridor. As part of the peacekeeping mission, Russia is bringing in 1960 servicemen to the region.
